Find two concepts housed in one outlet at Tonkotsu King Niku King! While Tonkotsu King has been here since 2014, Niku King is a newer concept introduced in 2020. Niku King (which translates into 'King of Meat') serves meaty ramen delights perfect for protein and meat lovers. The ramen comes in 3 main flavours : Tonkotsu, Shoyu and Miso. Compared to regular Tonkotsu Ramen, Niku King's features thicker noodles and a slightly saltier broth. The pork chashu pieces are also uniquely bite-sized, carefully arranged atop the hot broth to create a picturesque sight. In addition to the ramen, TKNK also offers rice dishes such as the Niku Soboro Rice and Keisuke Egg rice, which are only $4.90++ each! And must-try sides such as gyoza and rare salmon katsu to go with your mains.
