Keisuke Challenge – Stamp Collection & VIP Programme Guidelines

1. Registration Rules :

Each participant is allowed to register only 1 account per mobile phone / tablet.

Each account is strictly locked to one device for stamp collection.

Multiple device usage is strictly not allowed.

Stamps can only be collected from the registered device and registered account only.

2. Stamp Eligibility :

Each participant is entitled to 1 stamp per eligible meal order only.

Eligible meals: 1 bowl of regular ramen, OR

1 set meal

Minimum dine-in spend of $15 or more per single receipt is required.

Food must be consumed in-store to qualify.

Any food requested for takeaway or unfinished meals will not be eligible for stamps.

3. Stamp Rules Per Visit :

Only 1 stamp per participant per visit is allowed, regardless of number of items ordered.

Only 1 meal = 1 stamp per visit policy applies.

Stamps will only be issued after meal completion and verification by staff.

4. Stamp Usage Restrictions :

Stamps cannot be combined, pooled, or shared between:

Different participants

Different orders

Each stamp is strictly tied to one eligible meal per participant diner.

5. Individual Entitlement Rule :

A stamp is awarded only when a participant enjoys one bowl of ramen OR one set meal per diner.

Sharing of food between participants or non-participants does not qualify for additional stamps.

6. Group Dining Rules :

Only 1 stamp per participant diner per visit is allowed.

Group customers must:

Order separately (for online ordering outlets e.g Four seasons, Scrambled Egg (Millenia Walk), Capitol, Hamburg, Charcoal, Niku King Tonkotsu King (PL),Grilled Fish (Tanjong Pagar), OR

Request separate bills from staff (for outlets using order chits/payment later e.g. Gyoza King, Tonkotsu King (Tanjong Pagar), Tori King, Scrambled Egg (Bugis+), Tonkotsu King (Holland Village).

7. Takeaway / Delivery

Takeaway and delivery orders are NOT eligible for stamps.

Requirement: 13 stamps (1 stamp × 13 outlets)

Reward:

- $100 voucher

- 1 Free Keisuke Cola drink per visit (per year), Dine-in only.

GOLD VIP

Requirement: 26 stamps (2 stamps × 13 outlets)

Reward:

- $200 voucher

- 1 Free Keisuke Cola drink per visit (for member + guest(s), per year), Dine-in Only.

LEGEND VIP

Requirement: 39 stamps (3 stamps × 13 outlets)

Reward:

- 1 Year Free Meal (Keisuke outlets, per day entitlement only)

Terms & Conditions for 1 Free meal :

Ramen Outlets : Regular Ramen only (Without Toppings e.g flavoured egg / special toppings.

Scrambled Egg Rice Outlets : Only Scrambled Egg Rice only.

Grilled Fish, Hamburg, Charcoal outlet : Any Set Meal

Gyoza King : Except Prawn Gyoza Set.
