Light slithers of soft fat floating in Bouillabaisse Soup synchronize perfectly with Roasted Homarus Lobster, Poehler of Sea Bream specially AIR FLOWN from NIIGATA of Japan as well as Tender Abalone that cooked with perfection.
Shine Muscat,a type of seedless grape has a high sugar content and low acidity giving it the most refreshing and light sweetness which complements perfectly for a dessert.
Not to mention the Blancmange which is like a milk pudding giving it extra texture and sweetness that you can’t resist.
